About David Smith

After being in the sheet metal profession since 1978 and working with various aircraft and automotive companies, David decided to go down the route of starting his own business. With 42 years experience, he realised his strengths lay in the sheet metal work industry, now allowing him to create bespoke and intricate classic car parts. 

Having worked for many different car companies
over the years, such as; Asgow Engineering LTD,
Abbey Panels, Air flow stream line and Aston Martin.
In those years he has built various vehicles within
the automotive sector such as; XJ220, XK180,
Rolls Royces and one of his most proudest projects
being the first Aston Martin DBS, which was used
for Casino Royal (part of the James Bond series).
